Soccer Recap: Crestwood Takes a Loss

Crestwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 8-1 to the Wilkes-Barre Wolfpack. While losing is never fun, Crestwood can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 361st, while Wilkes-Barre are ranked 156th).

Crestwood's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8-1. As for Wilkes-Barre, they pushed their record up to 5-4-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Crestwood didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 4-3 loss against Pittston on the 23rd. As for Wilkes-Barre, they have also already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against Dallas on the 23rd.
