Basketball Recap: Dallas Comes Up Short

Dallas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were outmatched by the South Albany Redhawks and fell 83-51. While losing is never fun, the Dragons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 237th, while the Redhawks are ranked 47th).

Dallas' defeat dropped their record down to 1-20. As for South Albany, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dallas will host McKay at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Albany, they will take on Silverton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
