Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Aquinas). They really took it to the Notre Dame Titans for the full four quarters, racking up a 69-6 win. The victory continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Titans: they've now won eight in a row.

Champ Brown continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 257 yards and four touchdowns on only five carries. Those four rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Charlie Reyes was another key player, throwing for 117 yards and three TDs on only 11 passes.

Aquinas didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Notre Dame to a completion percentage of just 41.4%. That defensive display was nothing new: the Falcons have limited their opponent to a lower and lower completion percentage in three consecutive matches.

Aquinas didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Reyes and Benny Tavares.

Aquinas' win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Notre Dame, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Aquinas will head out on the road to square off against San Jacinto at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. After each having a week off, Notre Dame and Carter will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:30 p.m. on October 2. This will be the Titans' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
