Morgan got a massive performance out of Tyson Talbot, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, four stolen bases, and three runs. Those four stolen bases gave Talbot a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kanyon Leonelli, who scored three runs and stole six bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.

Morgan was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .424. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as South Summit only posted a batting average of .192.

Morgan is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for South Summit, they dropped their record down to 5-11 with the loss, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.
