Serrano won the last time they faced Sultana and things went their way on Thursday too. The Serrano Diamondbacks snuck past the Sultana Sultans with a 64-58 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Diamondbacks.

Sultana's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kenyon Peters, who posted 23 points. That was a full 39.7% of Sultana's points, marking the third time in a row he's had more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Chisom Otuechere, who scored 18 points and eight boards.

Serrano's victory bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Sultana, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-19.

Serrano didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, an 86-43 loss against Oak Hills on the 3rd. As for Sultana, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 84-48 defeat against Hesperia on the 3rd.
