Volleyball Game Preview: West Pioneers vs. Independent Panthers

The West Pioneers will face off against the Independent Panthers on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for West and four for Independent.

West and Southeast faced off in a cross-town battle on Tuesday. The Pioneers fell 2-0 to the Golden Buffalo.

Meanwhile, Independent also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Salina Central by a score of 2-0.

West's loss dropped their record down to 1-9-1. As for Independent, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7-1.

West might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Independent in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. Can the Pioneers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
