With a playoff win on the line, Upper Arlington rose to the challenge on Friday. They breezed past the Westerville Central Warhawks to the tune of 37-0. The Golden Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by 25 points or more this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Upper Arlington, bringing their record up to 9-2. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 2.3 points on average over those games. As for Westerville Central, they dropped their record down to 4-7 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Upper Arlington will challenge Pickerington North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Golden Bears 8, the Panthers 6.5) so any points scored will be well earned. Westerville Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
