After flying high against North on Friday, Edisto came back down to earth. The Cougars fell 4-1 to the Bamberg-Ehrhardt Red Raiders on Tuesday. The game snapped a strange streak: the last five times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Michael Myers was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Edisto's loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Bamberg-Ehrhardt, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9.

While Edisto had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
