Everything went their way against the City of Life Christian Academy Warriors as they made off with a 10-0 win. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matchups by eight runs or more this season.
Leigha Race made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Madison LeVasseur, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and four RBI. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. Reghan Wilbur was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
