Softball Game Preview: Owensboro Red Devils vs. Grayson County Cougars

For the second straight game, Owensboro will face off against Grayson County. The Red Devils will be playing at home against the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Owensboro barely beat Grayson County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Red Devils blew past the Cougars 13-2 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Red Devils as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

For Grayson County's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Payton Bowman, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

Grayson County has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Owensboro, their victory bumped their record up to 11-19.
