North is a perfect 10-0 against Williston-Elko since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Blue Devils at 8:00 p.m. North is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 63.2 points per game this season.

North is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight games on Saturday. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 52-48 heartbreaker at the hands of Bethune-Bowman. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 164th, while the Mohawks are ranked 33rd).

North's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Ashston Jamison, who went 9-for-15 on his way to 21 points, and Lavares Jefferson, who shot 64% from the field to rack up 18 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. Thanks to that strong game, Jefferson now owns an excellent 57.1% three-point shooting accuracy. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaleil Way, who posted six points along with seven boards and three steals.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Williston-Elko and Ridge Spring-Monetta, and Ridge Spring-Monetta kept the tradition alive. The Blue Devils fell 57-47 to the Trojans on Friday. The loss was the Blue Devils' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Williston-Elko fell to 3-1. As for North, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Everything came up roses for North against Williston-Elko in their previous matchup back in January, as the squad secured a 73-35 win. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Blue Devils have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
