Softball Recap: Greene County Takes a Loss

Greene County lost against Kuemper back in June of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rams came up short against the Knights, falling 21-11. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greene County now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Kuemper, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Coming up, Greene County will take on Roland-Story at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Kuemper, they will square off against Clarinda at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cardinals' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Knights' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
