Basketball Recap: Greenville Takes a Loss

Greenville lost against Twin Rivers last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Greenville Bears fell 49-41 to the Twin Rivers Royals. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greenville's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Twin Rivers, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

Looking ahead, Greenville will head out to face off against Malden at 7:30 p.m. on February 17th. Twin Rivers will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on New Madrid County Central at 6:00 p.m. on February 18th.
