Basketball Game Preview: Forest Park Rangers vs. South Spencer Rebels

The Forest Park Rangers will take on the South Spencer Rebels at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. South Spencer took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Forest Park, who comes in off a win.

Last Monday, Forest Park didn't have too much trouble with Mt. Vernon as they won 59-43.

Meanwhile, South Spencer didn't have quite enough to beat Wood Memorial two weeks ago and fell 55-53.

Forest Park's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for South Spencer, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-5.

Forest Park beat South Spencer 77-69 in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was South Spencer's William Fuqua, who went 8 of 13 on his way to 27 points.
