Medina won the last time they faced Shaker Heights and things went their way on Friday too. The Medina Battling Bees walked away with a 47-34 victory over the Shaker Heights Red Raiders. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Battling Bees.

Despite the loss, Shaker Heights still got an impressive performance from John Horn, who posted 18 points.

Medina's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Shaker Heights, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Medina will square off against Strongsville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Strongsville has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 234 points over their last three games. As for Shaker Heights, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 67-57 victory against University School on the 8th.
