Flag Football Game Preview: Alcovy Tigers vs. Eastside Eagles + How To Watch

The Alcovy Tigers will head out to face off against the Eastside Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Alcovy 10.2, Eastside 10.1) so any points scored will be well earned.

It was a proper cat-fight when Alcovy faced off against Stephenson on Wednesday. Neither the Tigers nor the Jaguars could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Eastside was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Thursday as they fell 13-7 to South Atlanta. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Eagles came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia flag football rankings (they are ranked 116th, while the Hornets are ranked 242nd).

Alcovy's tie makes their record 6-9-3 this season. As for Eastside, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7.
