Flagstaff extended their winning streak to 16 on Thursday, bumping them up to 31-6. They blew past the Northland Prep Academy Spartans 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2017.

Flagstaff's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brynn Hagerman, who had 17 digs and three assists. Another player making a difference was Grace Naleski, who had 16 assists and four digs.

As for Northland Prep Academy, their loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 18-9. While getting shut out isn't ideal, they haven't been shut out since back in September.

Despite the loss, Northland Prep Academy still got an impressive performance from Malia Turner, who had 14 digs and two assists. Turner has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last five times she's played.

Flagstaff and Northland Prep Academy should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Arizona Rankings. The Eagles will face off against Coconino at 6:00 p.m. on Monday with a big rank advantage (13 vs. 191). Meanwhile, Northland Prep Academy (ranked 96th) will meet Holbrook (ranked 248th) at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
