Football Game Recap: Northeast Metro RVT vs. Lynn Vo-Tech

Northeast Metro RVT fell to Lynn Vo-Tech 26-47 the last time the two teams met; this time around, they exacted some revenge. Northeast Metro RVT had just enough and edged out Lynn Vo-Tech 34-32. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.

The game started off well for Northeast Metro RVT, whose offense put up 28 first-half points. Lynn Vo-Tech countered with 14 points, leaving the score at 28-14 going into the half. Northeast Metro RVT almost let the match get away from them in the second half, but they had just enough oomph to take it. The win bumped their record up to 3-1. The defeat dropped Lynn Vo-Tech's record to 3-1.

Next week Northeast Metro RVT take on Greater Lawrence Tech at 10:30 AM. Both of those teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. Lynn Vo-Tech are packing up and heading on the road for their first away contest this season. They face off against Greater Lowell Tech at 3:00 PM.
