Football Recap: Heritage Gets the Win + How To Watch

Canyon Springs came into Thursday's game looking for another win against Heritage, but Hayden Hill wouldn't allow it. The Patriots came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 40-31 on Thursday with plenty of help from Hill, who rushed for 268 yards and two scores while picking up 9.9 yards per carry, and also picked up 65 receiving yards. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 95-yard run.

Despite the loss, Canyon Springs still got an impressive performance from Andre Larry, who rushed for 185 yards and three TDs on only 13 carries.

Heritage's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Canyon Springs, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.
