Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sumrall). They took down the Purvis Tornadoes 76-59 on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Bobcats: when they faced off against the Tornadoes last Tuesday, they had to take a 56-53 loss.

Despite the loss, Purvis still got an impressive performance from Beni Raanes, who went 7 for 17 en route to 21 points along with seven boards and three steals. Judd Gipson was another key player, putting up 17 points and five rebounds.

The victory made it two in a row for Sumrall and bumps their season record up to 10-20. As for Purvis, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Sumrall nor Purvis have any future games scheduled.
