Dilley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 69-57 to the Jourdanton Indians/Squaws. One positive for the Wolves, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the defeat, Dilley saw an underclassman step up: freshman Isaiah Kinsey went 9 for 18 on his way to 24 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Lopez, who posted 12 points and seven rebounds.

Even though they lost, Dilley was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Dilley's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Jourdanton, their win bumped their record up to 13-5.

Dilley will challenge Cotulla at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Dilley is facing Cotulla at the right time seeing as Cotulla is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Jourdanton, they will host Poteet at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
