Canon City won the last time they faced Sand Creek and things went their way on Saturday too. The Tigers came out on top against the Scorpions by a score of 2-0.

Olivia Ley paced Canon City's offense, picking up eight kills. Ley got some help from Sophie LeDoux and her nine assists. Ellee Carr controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Canon City is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. As for Sand Creek, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.
