David Rodriguez gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in April of 2025 on Tuesday. Nobody could stop him as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over seven innings pitched. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Rialto is 2-1 when he allows at most two walks, but 2-11 otherwise.

Rodriguez's effort led Rialto over Colton and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
