Wilson is 0-10 against South Florence since March of 2018 but things could change on Thursday. The Tigers will take on the Bruins at 6:00 p.m. Wilson has given up an average of 9.5 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Zoey Miller was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 4-for-4. She is also on a roll when it comes to triples, as she's now hit at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Martina Taylor was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
Meanwhile, South Florence got themselves on the board against Darlington on Tuesday, but Darlington never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Falcons. The win continues a trend for the Bruins in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won nine in a row.
The result came thanks to Payton Perry's shutout, as she gave up just four hits and racked up eight Ks.
On the hitting side, Rylie Rowsey and Blakely Blue did most of the damage at the plate: Rowsey scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2, while Blue scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. That stolen base marked the first that Rowsey snagged this season.
South Florence hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Darlington struck out eight times.
South Florence's record is now 16-6. As for Wilson, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.
Thursday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Wilson has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .547. However, it's not like South Florence struggles in that department as they've averaged .454. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Wilson might still be hurting after the 11-0 loss they got from South Florence in their previous matchup back in March. Can the Tigers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
