Basketball Recap: Alice Comes Up Short

After flying high against Ray last Friday, Alice came back down to earth. The Alice Coyotes were outmatched by the Flour Bluff Hornets and fell 61-25. The Coyotes haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Alice's loss dropped their record down to 21-11. As for Flour Bluff, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 20-5.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Gregory-Portland the next time they take the court. Alice will host Gregory-Portland at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while Flour Bluff will head out to face them at 6:15 p.m. on January 31st.
