Basketball Recap: South Oldham Takes a Loss

South Oldham suffered their biggest defeat since December 28, 2024 on Friday. They took a blow against the Grant County Braves, falling 64-26. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Dragons' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

South Oldham's loss dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Grant County, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-12 record this season.

South Oldham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Grant County, they and Simon Kenton will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. Simon Kenton will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Grant County surely won't give up without a fight.
