Volleyball Recap: Waubay/Summit Takes a Loss

Waubay/Summit was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Herreid/Selby Wolverines.

Waubay/Summit's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Herreid/Selby, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season.

Waubay/Summit will host Wilmot at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Herreid/Selby, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Kimball/White Lake on the 11th.
