If Ferris wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Lewis & Clark, they should've done a better job of containing Sullivan Sandusky. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 26-0 margin over the Saxons on Friday thanks in part to Sandusky, who threw for 154 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 passes, and also rushed for 41 yards. His passing game has become a key predictor of Lewis & Clark's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-4 otherwise.

The win made it two in a row for Lewis & Clark and bumps their season record up to 4-4. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 28.5 points over those games. As for Ferris, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
