Volleyball Recap: Acalanes Comes Up Short

Acalanes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the College Park Falcons. The Dons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 19-25, 25-15, 25-20.

Acalanes' record now sits at 4-10. As for College Park, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Acalanes will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Campolindo at 6:30 p.m. on April 15. As for College Park, they will welcome Clayton Valley Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
