Softball Recap: Pace Academy Knights vs. Drew
Pace Academy had already won 11 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it 12 on Tuesday. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
In other batting news, Pace Academy got a massive performance out of Livie Lynch, who fired off two home runs, three runs, and four RBI while going 2-for-2. The dominant performance gave Lynch a new career-high in home runs. Another player making a difference was Lauren Kamin, who fired off two home runs, three runs, and three RBI while going 2-for-2.
