Volleyball Recap: Elkmont Red Devils vs. Vinemont Eagles
Elkmont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vinemont Eagles.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-23.
Elkmont's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Vinemont, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 25-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Elkmont will play host again on Tuesday to welcome Clements, where is scheduled at 4:15 p.m. As for Vinemont, they will host Locust Fork at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Vinemont is facing Locust Fork at the right time seeing as Locust Fork is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
