Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Plainfield). They blew past the Fitch Falcons 6-0 on Thursday. Plainfield haven't had any issues with Fitch recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Plainfield hit Fitch with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Abigail Lawton (3), Lily Ouillette, Leila Mendez, and Gillian Brix.

Plainfield's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Fitch, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Plainfield will face off against rival St. Bernard at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Fitch is set to take on their familiar foe Montville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
