Soccer Recap: Coral Gables Comes Up Short

After flying high against Keys Gate last Tuesday, Coral Gables came back down to earth. The Coral Gables Cavaliers fell just short of TERRA Environmental by a score of 1-0 on Friday. The Cavaliers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as TERRA Environmental apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.

Coral Gables moved to 7-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for TERRA Environmental, they pushed their record up to 9-2-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Coral Gables will challenge Ferguson at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for TERRA Environmental, they will face off against Palmetto at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. TERRA Environmental's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
