Kaufer triumphant thanks to a strong effort from Madison Arredondo

Recap: Kaufer Seahawks vs. Falfurrias Fightin' Jerseys
The Kaufer Seahawks won the last time they faced the Falfurrias Fightin' Jerseys, and things went their way on Saturday too. Kaufer came out on top in a nail-biter against Falfurrias and snuck past 34-32.
Kaufer can attribute much of their success to Madison Arredondo, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 10 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Arredondo has scored at least 25% of Kaufer's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adrianna Ramirez, who scored 10 points.
Kaufer's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Falfurrias, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kaufer will take on Lasara at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Lasara is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Falfurrias, they will be playing at home against Kaufer at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
