After a string of six wins, the Delaware County Christian Knights's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 51-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of Dock Mennonite. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Delaware County Christian has scored all season.

Khamai Orange and Josiah Gaines certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Orange scored 11 points along with five rebounds and two steals, while Gaines scored nine points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Bradford Berwick, who scored five points.

Delaware County Christian's loss dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Dock Mennonite, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season.

Delaware County Christian will head out on the road to square off against Faith Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Faith Christian Academy is coming into the game with three straight losses at home, meaning Delaware County Christian will have to defend against a team hungry for a win. Dock Mennonite does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
