Baseball Recap: Civic Memorial Finds Home Field Redemption Against Roxana

There's no place like home for Civic Memorial, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against the Roxana Shells by a score of 6-3 on Friday. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 3-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Civic Memorial let Chase Butler and Jacob Flowers run wild. Butler went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run, while Flowers went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Ian Lamb, who earned two runs and two stolen bases.
