New Smyrna Beach extended their postseason success on Saturday against Jensen Beach. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Jensen Beach Falcons. The win was nothing new for the Barracudas as they're now sitting on five straight.

New Smyrna Beach wouldn't go down easily and took Jensen Beach into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-15, 27-29, 25-22, 15-12.

Megan Lee paced New Smyrna Beach's offense, picking up 17 kills. Lee got some help from Teagan Lux and her 41 assists. Lee and Lux didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with three apiece.

Despite the loss, Jensen Beach still got an impressive performance from Lilli Redifer, who had 20 digs and three aces. Redifer has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 11 times she's played.
