Softball Recap: Clinton Arrows vs. Starkville Yellowjackets

Clinton blew Starkville out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Starkville got their revenge. The Arrows fell just short of the Yellowjackets by a score of 4-2. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Arrows couldn't push the score so high this time.

Clinton saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Keelyn Constancio, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.

Clinton now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Starkville, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 7-12.
