Basketball Recap: Oak Grove Takes a Loss

Oak Grove lost against Biloxi back in November of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Oak Grove Warriors had to suffer through a 56-28 loss at the hands of the Biloxi Indians. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi basketball rankings (they are ranked 114th, while the Indians are ranked first).

Oak Grove has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Biloxi, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 17-0.

Oak Grove has already played their next matchup, a 49-33 win against Petal on the 3rd. As for Biloxi, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 56-28 victory against Oak Grove on the 3rd.
