Football Game Preview: Union Grove Wolverines vs. Hampton Hornets + How To Watch

The Union Grove Wolverines will challenge the Hampton Hornets at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Union Grove comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Union Grove is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Ola on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Wolverines had to suffer through a 55-7 loss at the hands of the Mustangs. The Wolverines were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-7.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hampton). They blew past Woodland, posting a 45-0 victory. The Hornets have beaten the Wolfpack the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Wolfpack has come to flipping the script.

Hampton's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Union Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
