Softball Recap: Brandeis Takes a Loss

Brandeis was the 14-2 winner over Rustin when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs fell just short of Rustin by a score of 6-5 on Wednesday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brandeis' loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Rustin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.

Coming up, Brandeis is taking a road trip to face off against School of the Future at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Rustin, they will welcome Beacon at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Demons will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Rustin surely won't give up without a fight.
