Softball Recap: Fallbrook Takes a Loss

If Fallbrook was riding high fresh off their 15-1 takedown of Lincoln last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors fell 6-2 to the Ramona Bulldogs on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 7-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2025.

Fallbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Ramona, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Fallbrook will face off against rival San Pasqual at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Ramona is set to challenge their familiar foe Escondido at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
