Volleyball Recap: Tri-Point Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Tri-Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Grace Christian Academy Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17.

Adriana Hummel paced Tri-Point's offense, picking up three kills. Hummel got some help from Rachel Darda and her five assists. Addisyn Honeycutt controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Tri-Point's loss dropped their record down to 10-17. As for Grace Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-11 record this season.

Tri-Point didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Clifton Central on the 16th. As for Grace Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Beecher on the 16th.
