Deion Edwards leads a balanced attack to beat White River Valley

After losing to the White River Valley Wolverines the last time they met, the Springs Valley Blackhawks decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Springs Valley came out on top against White River Valley by a score of 51-39 on Friday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Springs Valley to victory, but perhaps none more so than Deion Edwards, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. Edwards is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 16 or more in the last seven games he's played. Another player making a difference was Konner Chase, who scored 13 points.

Springs Valley is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for White River Valley, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13.

Springs Valley will be playing at home against South Central at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for White River Valley, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 79-29 victory vs. Washington Catholic on the 10th.
