It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Wadsworth ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Coventry Comets by a score of 76-68. That's more bragging rights for the Grizzlies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Comets players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alex Meinen, who went 9 of 20 on his way to 28 points. Another player making a difference was Kameryn Kennerly, who went 10 for 22 en route to 26 points.

The victory snapped Wadsworth's losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 3-12 record. As for Coventry, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.

Wadsworth has already played their next match, a 61-57 loss against North Royalton on the 31st. As for Coventry, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 62-34 win against Springfield on the 31st.
