Cocalico came tearing into Monday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Ephrata Mountaineers. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Cocalico walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-27, 25-18, 25-12.

Cocalico's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-2. As for Ephrata, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-14-3.

Looking ahead, Cocalico is taking a road trip to take on Lebanon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ephrata, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Warwick at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
