Softball Recap: Loudoun County Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Loudoun County's offense. They lost 11-0 to the Woodgrove Wolverines on Saturday. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Captains, who until this matchup were averaging 3.14 runs allowed.

Loudoun County's loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Woodgrove, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Loudoun County nor Woodgrove have any future games scheduled.
