Softball Recap: Big Sandy Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Big Sandy's offense. They came up short against the LaPoynor Flyers on Friday, falling 7-0. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Big Sandy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for LaPoynor, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-5.

Big Sandy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-1 loss against LaPoynor on the 1st. As for LaPoynor, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 7-2 win against Gladewater on the 28th.
