Volleyball Recap: Bridgeport Takes a Loss

Bridgeport was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Carrollton Cavaliers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cavaliers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 2nd.

Bridgeport's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Carrollton, they pushed their record up to 23-1-2 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home.

Coming up, Bridgeport will head out to challenge Glenn at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Carrollton, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Michigan Lutheran Seminary at 6:30 p.m.
