Basketball Recap: Lexington Christian Takes a Loss

Lexington Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 78-34 defeat at the hands of the Lafayette Generals. The match marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lexington Christian's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Lafayette, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-8-1.

Lexington Christian will head out on the road to challenge Meade County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lafayette, they will host Paul Laurence Dunbar at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
